We recommend using a crisp, high-resolution image — if possible, original artwork or vector-based files; this ensures your final embroidery will be sharp and accurate. (Low-res or screen-grab logos may lead to distortions or delays.)

Digitizing & embroidery setup.
- Once we receive your logo, we submit it to our digitizer. The digitizer converts your design into a specialty embroidery file — translating each color, stitch, and outline into a format our machines can read accurately.

This step ensures that your embroidered logo will look crisp, with well-defined edges and consistent stitching across all garments.

Review & quote.
- We’ll send you a digital proof (or mock-up) of your design for review before production. You’ll have the chance to request adjustments — size, placement, color tweaks — to ensure it matches your vision.

Once approved, we’ll provide a full quote based on the items, quantities, and design complexity.

Item sourcing & fulfillment (if needed).
- If you don’t have apparel picked out, no problem — we can help source items for you (polos, jackets, hats, bags, etc.), from reputable suppliers.
